This large brass singing bowl features a traditional buddha design and comes with a fabric mat and wooden striker to create the ringing tones that clear negative energy and help create a state of deep meditation. Great for any personal mediation or yoga class.
To use, hold the bowl gently in the palm of your hand and strike the outside of the bowl. While the tone rings, lightly circle the striker around the outside of the bowl.
